Jordan is an Australian graphic/web designer currently based across the ditch in Christchurch, NZ. He is currently working for Cabbage Tree, a web development company specialising in the tourism industry, as a designer, and also has past experience in both web and graphic design.
Jordan also enjoys taking photos. He currently has a point and shoot Kodak [model number] but is hoping to upgrade to a DSLR sometime soon. You can see some of his photos on his flickr photostream.
Jordesign.com is a place for me to air my thoughts, keep track of things for myself, and a space to experiment. The site is run on wordpress using a custom templates based on the sandbox, and using some aspects of the blueprint CSS framework. The site was designed in Photoshop and hand coded in a mixture of Dreamweaver, Skedit and something else, using standard compliant XHTML and CSS (for layout). Nary a table to be found.
If you have a reasonable set of fonts installed you are seeing Trade Gothic Bold and Akzidenz Grotesk, alternatively you may be looking at Helvetica Neue or, if you are really unlucky, Verdana or Arial.
