Simplicity sometimes gets a bad wrap, put down as plain and unengaging, even anti-design. At jordesign we are strong believers in the power of simplicity. Design works best when it is clear and concise. Print design should be engaging and to the point. Websites should be intuitive and communicative. The clearest communication with your audience will be something simple, smart, sometimes witty, always easy to understand. To quote Charles Mingus ” Anyone can make the simple complicated. Creativity is making the complicated simple.”

Keeping it Green.
jordesign atempts to minimise our impact on the environment and the world around us.! Always striving towards the dream of a paperless office, we seek to minimise our paper use. Unless otherwise specified all correspondence will be electronic - email or PDF’s for most proofing - rather than in hard copy. Obviously some proofing for printed work will need to be done in hard copy - but even here we keep this to a minimum. When getting work printed (flyers, stationery etc.) we will always provide a green print option in addition to standard printing. We seek to use printers who minimise their environmental impact, and provide recycled paper options for all paper stock. Often these options are slightly more expensive, but it is a small price to pay to minimise the environmental impact of your campaign.
