Fantastic ad from State, a NZ Insurance company. I thought it was another Michel Gondry piece for Levis or something. Wonderfully whimsical.

Sir Edmund Hilary died today. Its a little strange to witness the death of a national hero and legend, when the nation celebrating him isn’t yours. He is certainly more important than Peter Brock, or Steve Irwin (or any other recent Australian deaths) yet I still feel less effected by it
Footrot Flats (A Dogs Tale) 06/10/07
I used to love these books when i was younger, and it has taken a long time for me to get around to seeing it. It stays almost perfectly true to the books, and a lot of the hmour now makes a lot more sense with a better understanding of NZ culture. It shows its age a little, but was good fun.
