For the release of the 2010 catalogue, and in conjunction with the start of sales directly to the public, jordesign came up with a fresh new front-end design to present their products, and close the final sale.

Working in conjunction with Cabbage Tree Creative, Jordesign gave the site design a major refresh - improving the site structure, look and feel, layout and interface.

Leaders in Training is run in January of each year, and Youthworks approached us to come up with their promotional work and website for the next camp in 2010.

Based on the camp theme “Poor… Torn… Steadfast!” we came up with an eye catching and emotive visual direction. The design was carried out through the brochure, various web banners and ads, a self-standing website and more.

Magic Bus Live

Before the real buzz about social media had really started, Magic Bus (a NZ based tourism transport company) wanted a space for their passengers to see content like photos and video, learn about the staff, and pitch in their thoughts on the forums.

We created a mini-site as an offshoot of their main site with a new, fresh look. They have had great success with the friendlier feel, and are managing to convey the young, fun culture of the company.

The Centre for Public Christianity was launching their latest DVD and Study series and approached jordesign to build a site to promote and sell the Book and DVD set.

Built on the existing back-end, and utilising the design work for the dvd and study book themselves, jordesign was able to rollout a clean and simple design in record time - just in time for the book launch.

Fervr is a social site targeted at youth, and designed to be a place to extend existing physical groups.

Youth Groups, Camps and other youth oriented organisations can provide a safe online environment for their members to interact and connect in between “real-world” interactions.

Protech Sound

The owners of ProTech Sound had the technical expertise to manage and run their website but came to jordesign looking for a fresh design. We came up with a simple, but catchy, solution that allowed them to showcase both their services and the equipment they use.

We created templates that would allow the to add and edit their own html, whilst keeping the design and style standardised.

Wild Earth Travel Website

Wild Earth is a boutique travel company specialising in taking visitors “where the others can’t”.

They organise and run cruises on scientific vessels to give people a real taste of the environment and a scientific perspective on things.

Jordesign was called on to help them emphasise the luxury aspect of their tours without losing the scientific side of them as well.

Responsible Camping Website

Put together for the Tourism Industry Association (TIA) of New Zealand, the main aim of this site was to encourage visitors to New Zealand to enjoy the natural wonder that NZ has to offer, but in a sustainable way.

We experimented with a large background image, and lots of transparency to help convey the vastness and beauty of the New Zealand wilderness, while keeping the content front and centre.

Embers to a Flame Website

This was a simple brochure site set up to handle information and registrations for the ‘from Embers to a Flame’ conference being run in August 2009.

The site content is editable by the client using WordPress, and was integrated with a registration form, and also Paypal to handle the payments.
